We are growing and in addition to our offices in Finland and Romania, we are looking to expand the team in the Netherlands and are looking for a self-driven and customer-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and industrial services.

The start date will be February-March 2025.

What you will be doing:

The work will involve bridging the gap between sales and operational resources, managing customer expectations as well as solving the everyday logistical puzzles of a truly global and evolving service business company. In practise, this means supporting the service production projects, monitoring their progress and doing a lot of planning & resource allocation work in addition to communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Being able to communicate efficiently and clearly with various stakeholders is key for success in the position and you must not be afraid to get your hands dirty every now and then, as well as being proactive and taking ownership of the success of the project are vital.

How to be successful in this role:

• You have previous experience in working with B2B environment, building relationships with managers/director level personnel of larger organisations
• You have previous experience in managing key accounts
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language
• Independent and proactive working style, resilience and problem-solving skills
