Sales Operations Manager
Join us to play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will prepare customer offers, tender documents and other sales materials.
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager! You’ll be part of our expanding international sales team in Rotterdam, working in close cooperation with our Helsinki office. This is a full-time, permanent role.
As Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will contribute to the preparation of customer offers, tender documents and other sales-related materials, helping to shape compelling value propositions and apply advanced pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers, partners and cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on enabling the sales team to deliver high-quality, timely proposals and maintaining an efficient workflow for the back-office sales processes.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders will be essential to succeed in this role. Experience within the oil & gas industry or industrial B2B environments will be highly valued.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring completeness, compliance and competitiveness
- Lead the development of commercial proposals, coordinating inputs across technical, sales and delivery teams
- Manage and optimize sales tools and systems, including CRM, templates and content libraries
- Streamline internal workflows to reduce sales cycle friction and improve operational efficiency
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health and upcoming client deadlines
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies and internal approval processes for all submissions
- Support onboarding and enablement of sales team members with tools, documentation and structured processes
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial enablement or business support roles
- Background in B2B technical industries, oil & gas, climate tech or industrial services a strong plus
- Familiarity with international tendering processes and preparing commercial offers
- Strong skills in proposal development, CRM management and data reporting
- A proactive and service-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
- Confidence to drive deadlines, challenge blockers and push for execution
